Group fitness

 Zumba: "Ditch the workout, join the party" The Zumba program is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class. Move to the Latin and international music in a rockin' class all fitness levels can enjoy.

Cardio-Sculpt: Build metabolism boosting muscle and get your heart pumping. Cardio-Sculpt will use strength training exercises to build and tone fat scorching muscle, while blasting calories and building your heart and lunges with aerobic intervals. Get the best of both worlds in a fun group setting!

Kickboxing: Our kickboxing features TURBOKICK. A dynamic mix of martial arts and aerobic intervals set to high-energy, kickin' music. Tone your shoulders, abs, buttand legs, burn fat, and have a BLAST!

Pilates: Strengthen your core, improve flexibility and get long, lean muscles. This class is great for all fitness levels.
